I love walking, it’s very therapeutic and refreshing for the mind and body, the calmness of it helps reduce a lot of life’s Issues and anxieties. Walking can allow you to open up, to be free, to receive life answers. It helps you to think clearly and receive spiritual insight while processing life's experiences. A good walk is like yoga, it does wonders for your wellbeing, it’s freeing!
